Lindsey Bermingham's areas of practice include general commercial and chancery litigation. Lindsey has a wide variety of clients, both domestic and international, with her main areas of practice including requests in aid of overseas proceedings, regulatory issues, anti-bribery, fraud and asset tracing and anti-money laundering.
In 2010 Lindsey was awarded the Chief Constable’s Certificate of Merit for her contribution to a complex money laundering/fraud investigation.
Lindsey has extensive advocacy experience, and appears regularly before the various divisions of the Isle of Man High Court.Professional Experience:
