Derek has a background in third party fund administration and compliance. Derek has extensive experience as a former director and secretary of several Isle of Man licensed fund management companies and public limited companies constituted as collective investment schemes.
In addition to his professional qualification as an Associate of the Compliance Institute, Derek possesses an Isle of Man certificate in company and trust administration.
Cains Fiduciaries Limited is our in-house administration provider, licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission to provide collective investment schemes, corporate and trust services. Cains Fiduciaries provide administration and accounting services to institutional, corporate and family office clients.
